KAILEY TRACEY (REPORTER): State officials say the disruption of global energy markets by what's happening in the Middle East combined with the increased demand for gas heading into the summer caused "an extreme and unusual fuel supply circumstances." That is why they have this order to again hopefully lessen this burden that we have of the higher gas prices and to save us at least a little bit, because a little bit of relief is better than none.
