Pam Vogel is Chief of Staff at Media Matters, where she has worked since August 2015. She has served in numerous capacities at the organization, including as a research director from 2020 to 2022. She has a master’s degree in sociology and education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a bachelor’s degree in urban studies from Vassar College. Her research interests include local news and the nontraditional media landscape.
