AGUSTÍN ACOSTA [HOST]: They fired her [Kristi Noem] today and are going to give her a position so she doesn't have to go on unemployment line. They're going to give her a position that I want someone to explain to me what it is. It says, Special Envoy for the Shield of the Americas.

CARLOS ACOSTA [CO-HOST]: I think the president had been extremely patient in not making the decision.
AGUSTÍN ACOSTA: The president made a very serious mistake in not firing this lady three or four months ago, because if there is a parliamentary debacle in November, and the president ends up losing control of the House of Representatives, 90% of that price would be paid by this lady and the other gentleman, who I hope will also be fired soon, Stephen Miller, who has been, along with her, the co-architect of this immigration debacle. What the president promised is one thing, and what these two have done is another. They have imprisoned more than 200 American citizens born in this country. These people have committed a number of atrocities that were totally unnecessary and have caused the president to lose a great deal of sympathy throughout the nation, as the polls show.
