CRAIG SHIRLEY: The Electoral College is meeting on Monday, and that closes off all options for Donald Trump if they vote for Joe Biden as for the next president of the United States. Donald Trump has nothing to do but focus on the future.
GREG KELLY (HOST): Well, I'll just say this. In the Constitution, the Electoral College, these and most of these states, I think what they call faithless electors. I mean, there's flexibility in the Electoral College, so--
SHIRLEY: Yes.
KELLY: This is not undermining democracy.
SHIRLEY: No.
KELLY: It has happened before where --
SHIRLEY: Yes.
KELLY: -- they have gone and changed their minds and for whatever reason. And so if you've been sent to Washington as an elector fraudulently, well maybe there's some options on the floor of the House.
