LAURA INGRAHAM (HOST): The attack line from the Democrats is kind of predictable, that you all are just taking money from the poor because there are Medicaid -- I would call them reforms, I think that's an objective way to refer to what is happening with Medicaid. Nevertheless, that's what they're saying. Walk us very briefly through what will happen to Medicaid benefits
REP. JASON SMITH (GUEST): So, it's basically work requirements. That is the main focus.

INGRAHAM: Are there any significant work requirements right now for Medicaid that are enforceable?
SMITH: Not in Medicaid. There is some work requirements in TANF, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, but this is going to expand it even more.
INGRAHAM: Yeah, that seems pretty common sense. I'm not sure why that wasn't in place.
