BILL HEMMER (CO-ANCHOR): The U.N. is warning, this new report, about a global catastrophe. What does that mean?

DANIEL TURNER (POWER THE FUTURE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR): You know, in order to sell this agreement the U.N., the Biden administration has to do two things: They have to scare American people, scare the world into some reality and they have to make fossil fuels unpalatable. They've made fossil fuels the enemy by driving up the price, by limiting supply. So now people are angry and rightfully so. But it's not the fossil fuel's fault. This is the Biden's administration's deliberate effort. And then the panic part is absolutely necessary. Climate change is not a hoax. Climate change panic is so overblown that it is hyperbolic and silly. Congresswoman AOC, just three years ago, said the world had 12 years left to live. Last week at a congressional hearing she said in 16 years parts of America will be uninhabitable. So those two things are completely contradictory, they don't jive, but they're just made up, they are made up statistics. The U.N. in 1989 --

HEMMER: Daniel -- sorry continue, finish your point.

TURNER: I was going to say the U.N. in 1989 said the Maldives would be underwater, Bill. In 1989 they said the Maldives would be underwater. No one ever has to retract their statement. No one ever has to say gee, we got the math a little wrong. You just put out these nonsense reports and expect people to give you power because they're afraid, kind of like COVID.
