CARL HIGBIE (HOST): Folks, one of the greatest things about this network is they allow me to come on here and pretty much be my genuine self, for better, for worse, with my actual opinion. And I promised you that I would always do it honestly. Now, look, I love President Trump, and I think he's probably one of the first people since Ronald Reagan that actually wants to make this country a better place. But last night's speech, in my opinion, and the market's opinion, I think did him more harm than good.

...

HIGBIE: Respectfully, that's not what we were originally told. And that's why oil jumped 12% after that speech, which scares a lot of people. Look, I'm not saying that I could be president. I have absolutely no idea the stress and the pressure that that job entails. But you know what America needs to hear? We need a human moment from a president.
