BRIT HUME (FOX NEWS ANALYST): Well, I'm glad the president is happy, and I hope he gets home safely. But I would say this: it's not entirely clear to me, at least, that what he's gotten here is any different from what he already had, which is to say the 1951 agreement you were just speaking about gives the United States, through NATO, the opportunity to build bases wherever needed in Greenland. Very extensive basing rights privileges and I think, you know, this word sovereignty is being tossed around now. I'm not sure Greenland or to be more specific, Denmark, is prepared to give up anything that would be meaningfully called sovereignty, but nonetheless, in the long run it probably won't matter. The U.S. wants bases in Greenland, and they can have them, and that's where this appears to be coming out.
