BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): [Fox News contributor] Tom Homan says basically the same thing, it's a bad deal, he hopes the president doesn't sign it. But the president's got to fund the government. I think he has very little choice not to sign it because it doesn't even matter who gets blamed. If the president resonates with anyone in particular, it's the working class American, and those are the ones, the Border Patrol, the Homeland Security, the TSA, they can't afford to go another day or two, week or two without a paycheck. So, shutdown has got to be out -- off the table.
