The report is expected to be released sometime this week, revealing how Russian operatives used social media to target specific demographics of American voters and to manipulate conversations surrounding key issues with the goal of generating support for then-candidate Trump.

FAULKNER: So, part of what I said in the intro to all of this had to do with the fact that some believe that it was for the purpose of putting a certain person in office. Why can't it just be for the purpose of messing it up so badly that nobody has any faith in the system?
