On YouTube, Steven Crowder uses the n-word

STEVEN CROWDER (HOST): Let's say that [Joseph] Rosenbaum — shaved head, ginger — is a serial pedophile white supremacist. Let's say a serial pedophile white supremacist who committed multiple arson fires on camera that night, with a chain, yelled, "Shoot me, n-----, shoot me, n-----," three, four times on camera and a person of color shot him. Do you think it would be a national trial? Do you think people would be outraged? And I say that because you will get some in the media who are more offended by me letting you know the words of the serial child rapist than they are at the idea that he's a serial child rapist who tried to kill another child. 

YouTube's hate speech policy prohibits:

Use of racial, religious or other slurs and stereotypes that incite or promote hatred based on any of the attributes noted above. This can take the form of speech, text, or imagery promoting these stereotypes or treating them as factual.

YouTube guidelines also say that creators should not “try to shock or disgust your viewers” or “use your video to glorify or celebrate violent acts.”
