ANDREA LINARES (HOST): Cuba is afraid that what is happening in Venezuela will also happen to them, and it makes sense. The communist dictatorship in Cuba has been on the U.S. agenda for decades, and right now, there is enough military power in the Caribbean to invade any country. So, could it be that Venezuela is just a starting point for the improvements President Donald Trump wants to see in Latin America? Without a doubt it is a personal issue for Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and it’s because his parents are Cuban. The communist elites of Cuba use lies to keep their citizens from having hope. They paint everything as part of an imperialist intervention and an unacceptable aggression.
