K.T. MCFARLAND (FORMER TRUMP DEPUTY NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISER): We've seen what happens in the Senate with the confirmation process. Look at what they did to Judge Kavanaugh. Why should Trump, who knows he's going to have trouble getting people confirmed, and are going to have people raked through the coals for no reason whatsoever other than partisan political reasons in an election year. I think Trump is doing the right thing. Ric Grenell has already been confirmed by the Senate. He was confirmed by the Senate to be the Ambassador to Germany, and as far as experience, horse feathers. I mean, that is just ridiculous. Ric Grenell is one of the most experienced, foreign policy, national security experts -- conservative -- but one of the most experienced in the country.
