MARK LEVIN (HOST): They want you to believe that Donald Trump was in charge of the insurrection, that he personally led the charge on January 6th.
And they try to glue all this together because he had a lawyer -- good man, a friend of mine, by the name of Eastman, who argued a legal theory that the vice president of the United States could in fact refuse to accept some of the electors from some of the states where there were disputes between the state legislatures, and the governor, and so forth.
Not a completely crackpot theory, you know?
