Fox's Guilfoyle: Jeff Sessions Is “Widely Admired By His Colleagues” As A “Civil Rights Champion”

From the February 9 edition of Fox News' The Five:

KIMBERLY GUILFOYLE (CO-HOST): It turned his stomach? His talking points turned my stomach, and his looking down, not being a good communicator.

GREG GUTFELD (CO-HOST): His hair weave.

GUILFOYLE: We're not going there. So here's the deal. I think that this is bad politics. I feel like Chuck Schumer is behaving in a way that he hasn't in the past, and is now taking on this role politically because it is expedient. And for him to say that about Sessions, who is widely admired by his colleagues as someone who was a civil rights champion, it's really, to me, unbecoming that he's making these comments.

BOB BECKEL (CO-HOST) You said Jeff Sessions was a civil rights hero?

GUILFOYLE: Did I stutter?

BECKEL: Did you stutter? Did you -- I mean, that's the most crazy thing I've ever heard.

GUTFELD: He put a KKK leader to death --

BECKEL: He also got voted down by the Senate when he wanted to be a federal judge.

GUTFELD: -- that was more than Al Sharpton ever did.
