BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): The new order, Syrians will be treated the same as citizens of the other five countries singled out in the order. It's a pause. The refugee ban remains in place, though, and people already approved on their way to the United States will be allowed in.

RAYMOND ARROYO: Right. Well, and some are saying in the human rights community -- remember in the original executive order there was a carve out for Christians who were seeking persecution. These people have nowhere to go. They're being squeezed by their government and by ISIS. So there is no qualification or clause for them in this new executive order. That is a challenge for a lot of people.

KILMEADE: Which is also problematic because there clearly is -- there needs to be a caveat there --

ARROYO: There does.

KILMEADE: -- for them, if you just see the way they have been annihilated and the way the Christian symbols and sites have been destroyed.
