CHARLES PAYNE (HOST, FOX BUSINESS): We do need a baby boom in this country, there's no doubt about it, I agree, a hundred percent. In fact, a big reason that Europe is in the problems that they're in, they stopped having babies a long time ago, they had to have immigrants who didn't assimilate, and now they have old countries with massive welfare, uninspired workers, but anyway, that's a different topic.
