Fox hosts take a stand against vaccine mandates – but not Fox's own vaccine mandate

On the October 20 edition of Fox News Primetime, Fox News host Dan Bongino discussed an ultimatum he’d given his employer Cumulus Radio over its vaccine mandate.  Bongino had railed against Cumulus a few days before, threatening,  “Cumulus is going to have to make a decision with me if they want to continue this partnership or they don't.”

But Bongino neglected to mention Fox News, where he hosts a show on Saturday evenings, in either rant. Fox Corp. has implemented vaccine and testing requirements that go beyond the Biden administration’s policies; the company requires proof of vaccination or daily testing. Yet Bongino conspicuously ignored the network in his rants.

Following the interview, fellow Fox host and vaccine mandate detractor Tucker Carlson came on the show and complimented the Bongino segment, calling it “so inspiring.

Carlson’s comments follow his own campaign against vaccine and testing requirements and corresponding refusal to address the same policies at Fox Corp.
