SANDRA SMITH (CO-ANCHOR): If I were to see the other side of this, Charlie, and the other side of your initial point, when you go back to [Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra's] initial words, so “it's absolutely the government's business. It's taxpayers' business," he went on to say, “if we have to continue to spend money to try to keep people from contracting COVID and helping reopen the economy." So he's saying, well, if taxpayers are on the hook, then certainly we need your private health information. Does he have a point?

CHARLIE HURT (FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR): Yeah, so suddenly they've become fiscal conservatives which I love and welcome to the fight. I think that's great. But the problem is that when it comes to medical privacy, they've become like the Taliban, which is a real problem. I'm delighted to hear the administration and Xavier Becerra now and Marie Harf, who I love, saying that we don't want to have lists, and it's a bad idea. I think that that's a -- I like to find common agreement about these things. And I agree that the vaccine is important, and it has its purposes. But having open discussion about how valuable this vaccine is and the dangers of the vaccine for younger people who don't need it in the first place is very important.
