CHARLIE HURT (CO-HOST): And, of course, that articulation is going to be so important because even if the gun has been removed from his waistband as it appears — and we don't know, but based on, you know, the video that we've seen, it appears that the gun was removed from the waistband prior to the first shots being fired.
If the officer can articulate that he believed he heard the words gun, he saw a gun loose, and he thought that there was still an active threat, then that would be a tragic shooting, an incredibly tragic shooting, but a legally justifiable shooting.
