Fox's Jeanine Pirro suggests both that there were "more votes than people" in Florida and that a "truckload" of ballots were destroyed

Jeanine Pirro: Gillum "wants to take back conceding? Why? What is he hearing that tells him, gee, maybe there's a chance for me to win? Could it be we're gonna get more votes than people who voted?"

STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): Well you know what, and now [Gov. Rick Scott] is suing. And I said earlier here, he's sent in the highway patrol, he's actually called on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to investigate. Because suddenly, you know, there are these ballots that are mysteriously showing up. They found a whole box of 'em in a school.

JEANINE PIRRO (FOX NEWS HOST): And that's the whole point of the daily count, real time.

BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): What do you mean?

PIRRO: How many votes are coming in. They should know that. And in Broward and Palm Beach there was a problem. So now they can come up, think about why would you not tell them how many people are voting in real time? So that you can come up with as many votes as you need to to win.

KATIE PAVLICH (CO-HOST): Right. So President Trump tweeted last night that law enforcement is looking into this. What does he mean by that? Is he talking federal law enforcement. Local law enforcement? What can they actually do?

PIRRO: Who knows. I mean, I don't know whether it's federal, state, local, I mean you've got attorneys general who can look into this, federal officials. Is there a civil rights issue? I mean, I don't know, whatever he was referring to, this is prime for an investigation now. If there is .25 or less, and there has to be a ballot recount, Rick Scott's not even going to be able to take his seat on January 3rd. Because that's going to take forever.

DOOCY: Well, the Democratic attorney you were talking about earlier, he suggests that the ballots were mismarked, which would help Mr. Nelson. But if it's simply they had things in different categories which it looks like the ballot was laid out awkwardly, that's not going to help Mr. Nelson.

PIRRO: Uh, no it's not.

DOOCY: Because people just overlooked it.

PIRRO: Think about the whole playbook here, the Democrat playbook. You know, Gillum concedes, and now he wants to take back conceding? Why? What is he hearing that tells him, gee, maybe there's a chance for me to win?

KILMEADE: Same thing Al Gore heard.

PIRRO: Could it be we're going to get more votes than people who voted?

PAVLICH: You had Marco Rubio -- Sen. Marco Rubio -- in Florida tweeting out a video from Debbie Wasserman Schultz's opponent saying this is a truckload of ballots. Where did they go, and were they properly put through the chain of command in terms of being counted or not counted?

PIRRO: And they were destroyed in violation of the law.

KILMEADE: Yeah, you gotta wonder what's happening in Arizona, you gotta also wonder what happened with the governorship in Georgia, because you have Stacy Abrams who lost. And the over 50 percent threshold by Kemp means there's no runoff in couple of weeks. So he should be the governor. He is making preparations to be governor. But she won't concede. Who steps in in that situation?

PIRRO:  I don't care if she concedes. He's the governor. He won. Secretary of state has to put him in there, and that's the end of it. He shows up to work and he redecorates.
