AVERY GARDINER: It appears that the shooter used these bump stocks. What those do is turn another kind of a weapon into the functional equivalent into a machine gun. If we had regulation, if we had stricter control of those bump stocks, maybe fewer people would've died.

TUCKER CARLSON (HOST): Many more would've died actually because if you talk to people who know a lot about guns they say pros don't even fire on fully automatic because they can't hit anything.
