Tucker Carlson says climate change may make natural disasters less catastrophic

TUCKER CARLSON (HOST): This is all very complex, I'm obviously not going to accede to your unproved point, hold on, that global warming is responsible for all natural disasters. That's insane, no scientist would say that and I hope you're not saying that. 

NATHAN RUBIN (GUEST): I am not saying that but I am saying that climate change is making these worse and more frequent --

CARLSON: It might be making them in some ways better too. I mean nothing is as clear as you're claiming it. Science isn't as clear as you're claiming it is.
