DEACE: Find every person who is attracted to come to Philadelphia for defiling children this way, and arrest every single one of those damn bastards immediately, in a nanosecond, once they arrive, without hesitation. In the city of Philadelphia, where this country's independence was forged, is running ads for you to be a tourist – ask yourself, what kind of tourist would be attracted to come to your fair city there, Philadelphia, with this message? What kind of tourist gets attracted by a message like this? I doubt it's the homeschool family who was thinking of making a patriotic summer class trip. Who responds to this kind of messaging and says, yes, yes, Philadelphia - it looks like the place for me. And we're debating whether or not --

DEACE: There's a place for t------ madness in the military. And Philadelphia is saying, come here. Come here, groomer. Come here, perv, creeper, and have at our children. No, brother and sister.
