Mike Burns is a Deputy Team Leader at Media Matters. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Richmond, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Government at the Johns Hopkins University.

Andrew Lawrence is a senior researcher at Media Matters, where he has worked since January 2016. He is a veteran campaign operative with statewide experience in Florida, Ohio, and Iowa.

Olivia Marshall is a researcher at Media Matters. Previously, she worked on Capitol Hill for Senator Jim Webb. She graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Tech with a degree in English.

Sergio Munoz is an expert in legal policy. He has worked on progressive law and policy for the American Civil Liberties Union, the Federal Rights Project, and the National Council of La Raza (now UnidosUS).

Lara Schwartz is Senior Counsel and Courts Matter Project Director. She has served as Legal Director at the Human Rights Campaign, Vice President of External Affairs at the American Association of People with Disabilities, and as a consultant and writer for numerous civil rights organizations.

Caitlin Ginley joined Media Matters as an Assistant Editor in August 2012. Previously, she was a reporter for the Center for Public Integrity, a nonprofit investigative news outlet.

Albert Kleine joined Media Matters in 2012 as Senior Economics Researcher. He has previously conducted research on distributional effects of property taxes and ecological economics. He holds a Master of Philosophy in land economy from the University of Cambridge.
