BILL O'REILLY (GUEST): The story about Cuomo is going to play out this way. He is not going to resign, he is not going to be impeached. More women will come out, that's always the way it is, alright? So you'll have 85, you know, in June. And they'll all say the same thing -- he did this, he did that, whatever. But Cuomo himself is going to stay in there as long as he can and hope that something turns his way. But it won't, because the Attorney General of the state of New York, Letitia James, wants to be governor. And she is the key to Cuomo's future. And I think she'll hammer him. And he will eek it out but he won't run again in 2024.
SEAN HANNITY (HOST): I tend to lean to your conclusion with one caveat. I think the chances are greater than maybe you do -- there is a -- there is -- there is a possibility that he would be removed. It's remote, but here's why though --
O'REILLY: Very slim, you saw it today with what's-her-name, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand -- "Oh, we shouldn't be talking about removing Andrew Cuomo." So that sends the federal response down, alright, through her. Now, when she said that, because she's a witch hunter, she's a big witch hunter, "let's burn, everybody's guilty, believe the victims." That's who she is. "Oh, we shouldn't be really talking about removing Andrew Cuomo."
SEAN: There's no "I believe her" caucus anymore, Bill. I haven't heard one person on the Democratic side say, "I believe." Now some have said we should have due process and take the allegations seriously, but they didn't say the words that they said in Kavanaugh. "I believe."
O'REILLY: No, no, total opposite of that. And everybody knows what the game is now. We don't have to explain it to people. They understand that this has been weaponized. And Cuomo is the latest victim.
