SEAN HANNITY (HOST): You got all these big blue states with all these high taxes, and all these budget deficits, and all this bloated spending, they're now -- you know, the rubber's meeting the road here, and now they're demanding that Biden give them, I mean, billions and billions of dollars coming from all over the country.

And frankly, if this bill was passed, and the bailout of New York, and New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Michigan, and California -- the united socialist utopia, California -- if that happens, I would actually be the beneficiary.

And I am telling all of you in a red state, I do not deserve it, nor does anyone else.

New York needs to reap what they have sown here. My work has kept me here, but -- but it's the people of New York that have elected people that are fiscally irresponsible for decades. They have elected people that over spend, over tax, don't balance their budgets and don't fund their pensions.

Now, it shouldn't be the people that elect fiscally responsible governors and state legislators and senators that have to bail out the states that didn't do that. Then you're rewarding the states for their irresponsible behavior, and they need to -- if you voted for it, you should own it. I believe -- you know, we believe in -- now we're talking about federalism. Just like Florida, doesn't have a state income tax, Texas doesn't have one, people there -- why -- they balance their budget, they fund their pensions.

Why should there be a bailout for these high-spending blue states?
