MIMI ROCAH: He did couch it, “if I were to tell people”, so he said all the right things that would make it very hard for someone to charge him with a crime, but it's obviously incredibly reckless. Let's think about what he's saying here. He's trying to make it sound like Mueller and his investigators are doing something wrong by trying to look at encrypted communications between people who are witnesses in an investigation about attacks on our democracy. That’s exactly what investigators should be doing.
