SEAN HANNITY (HOST): Behind the scenes, for about two weeks now, and I know because I know people that have been in these meetings and in these discussions, there have been back channel Democratic House members, back channel Democratic senators, that have been negotiating with leaders in the House and the Senate, and begging to get an opportunity to fix the problem because they want what the president has offered.

Many of them also saying, not publicly, that they want the border wall and the security and they want, they believe the president has the right to get that, to the keep the border secure. And, but they have been instructed and their arms twisted not to talk to anybody publicly because they wouldn't do it without the government open.
