JESSICA TARLOV (FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR): [Trump] absolutely has to go [to El Paso and Dayton], and they have a right to be unhappy about receiving him and to say exactly to him what they think about the role of his rhetoric in these attacks, especially in El Paso, and for that to go on, it is his duty as president of the United States of America to try his best to console people and to show up in times of need and it is their First Amendment right to say whatever they want to right back to him. It happened to the Republican governor of Ohio when he showed up at a vigil in Dayton. They were screaming at him, "we need action now," we don't need "thoughts and prayers" --
