On OAN, Larry Klayman suggests a citizen's arrest of President Joe Biden

Klayman: “We will seek a sentence, and then we will seek to carry it out peacefully and legally, asking the military and the police to do it — and if they don't do it, we have a right of citizen's arrest in 48 states"

ADDISON SMITH (HOST): How much more evidence do we need of the Biden family's corruption before we start charging, before we start having trials against the Bidens?

LARRY KLAYMAN (FOUNDER, FREEDOM WATCH): Well actually, we have trials against the Bidens right now. Our citizen's grand jury at Freedom Watch has indicted Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and James Biden for bribery. What they're talking about with [former Hunter Biden business partner Tony] Bobulinski, what Tucker Carlson was interviewing him about — I've actually had contact with Bobulinski quite a while ago and he told me he was, you know, undergoing an FBI investigation, obviously, that is no longer the case. I'll be contacting him again, in fact I did actually, left him a text message last night or rather a telephone call. I said can you testify in front of our trial? We have indicted Joe Biden for the bribery. We've indicted Hunter Biden. He's being tried. You can see excerpts of that at FreedomWatchUSA.org. We have the right to do it. In 1992, Justice Scalia wrote majority opinion, United States v. Williams, the grand jury belongs to the American people, not the three branches of government.

Now let's get to the Justice Department, my once semi-proud alma mater — because I saw politics there too but not like what you see today. It's not just the FBI, it's the entire Justice Department, they have become the department of injustice. They would rather terrorize January 6 protesters and then they got these hack judges in the federal court in D.C. that are rubber stamping sending thee people to prison even without bail or making them do forced confession. We live in a Gestapo state right now. And consequently, we can't expect any justice with regard to Joe Biden, unless it comes from the people and we are doing it peacefully and legally. And when we get the conviction, and we're convinced we will. We're confident, we have a citizen's judge. We will seek a sentence, and then we will seek to carry it out peacefully and legally, asking the military and the police to do it — and if they don't do it, we have a right of citizen's arrest in 48 states. We're not going to be physical, we're not — we'll be peaceful. May not turn himself in, but it will be a lesson for the American people that we have the justice system in our own hands just like it was for our Founding Fathers.
