NRATV host: Donald Trump “ought to be restricting federal dollars” for universities that don't allow guns to be carried on campus

From the March 5 edition of NRATV’s Stinchfield:

GRANT STINCHFIELD (HOST): Let me tell you something, believe me, these public universities want federal dollars. In fact, there’s private universities that take federal dollars as well in the form of grant money. It’ll be interesting to see exactly how the president writes up his executive order, but it’s a good idea. If you’re going to restrict people from exercising their constitutional rights just because they cross on to a campus, then you should restrict federal dollars. Heck, throw in the Second Amendment for that. If you don’t have campus carry, we ought to be restricting federal dollars to these public universities.
