On NRATV, Border Patrol union VP says Rep. Ocasio-Cortez “was running around like a little frat girl” at the State of the Union

Art Del Cueto: “It kind of reminded me when I go to a baseball game and the guys take some of their girlfriends. ... They just sit there and take selfies the whole time.”

GRANT STINCHFIELD (HOST): Joining me now is the vice president of the National Border Patrol Council. Border Patrol agent himself, Art Del Cueto. Art, human rights violations -- that’s what you and your guys are doing on a daily basis, I guess.

ART DEL CUETO (BORDER PATROL COUNCIL VICE PRESIDENT): No one told me, but I’m glad I got her to remind me. Listen, I was at the State of the Union. I was there and I saw Cortez in the hallways. So they had this little pre-meet-and-greet before the State of the Union and she was running around through the halls of the Senate like a little frat girl. I don’t know who the other two individuals were with her, maybe her assistants, but she was running around like a little frat girl, just giggling and running and holding hands and just making a big scene out of herself. She almost came into the room where most of the Republicans were at having the meet-and-greet and then she realized it was the Republicans and she stopped and she says, “Oh we don’t want to go in that. That looks like a boring party.” It wasn’t a party. She just looked like a frat girl. When I finally got into the State of the Union and I was sitting, I was right above where they were seated -- I don’t know how she can make comments about the president’s speech when she was never listening. I know the viewers and most of the people get to see the video and the pictures of her sitting there, not standing, not clapping, which is right, she didn’t stand up at all. But the rest of the time, she was sitting there taking selfies and just that whole group of women that were wearing the white outfits, they weren’t really paying attention. They seemed to be taking different selfies and pictures, and they would stand up and walk away from that area and go somewhere else with, you know, other friends on that side of the aisle. It was like -- I don’t know, I guess it kind of reminded me when I go to a baseball game and the guys take some of their girlfriends that aren’t really interested in baseball, and they just sit there and take selfies the whole time. But I don’t know how she can comment because I'm going to tell you right now, she was not paying attention to this president’s speech.
