ROB FINNERTY (HOST): Don't you think The New York Times, which is all the news that's fit to print, Ameer -- if this were really, you know, if this becomes a big story, if he takes questions -- I mean, he can't hide anymore. He's in the Oval Office now. He can't hide in his Delaware basement. At some point, he's going to have to take questions. Whether it's today, tomorrow, or a month from now, we're going to see Joe Biden speak extemporaneously. And if all of a sudden he has just, you know, gaffes that are unusual, even for him, you know, does that become a legal issue?

AMEER BENNO (CONTRIBUTOR): If he makes gaffes or -- a legal issue? No. I don't think it's a legal issue --

FINNERTY: No just in an issue like, hey, we might have to use, you know, one of the amendments and think about -- one of the amendments they were trying to use on President Trump, by the way -- and maybe remove him.

BENNO: Oh, the 25th Amendment?

FINNERTY: Yeah.

BENNO: I mean, listen, you know, that might also eventually happen --

FINNERTY: Yeah, I get that we're down the trough in that. But it just surprises me that at this point we haven't heard from him.
