HARRIS FAULKNER (FOX NEWS ANCHOR): Talk to me about the timing of all of this.

SEAN HANNITY (HOST, HANNITY): It's obvious, this is political, we're 89 days out of a presidential election, the timing to me, my read is intentional. This is to have an impact.

Now, look, it just adds to what is the broader, bigger choice in this election. In Live Free or Die, it's basically live free or you're going to have radicals take over this government. There's never been, in the history of this country, a major, prominent party candidate that has gone this radical left. The left talks about eliminating the electoral college, they want to stack the courts, they've always hated the second amendment. The right of the people to keep and to bear arms.

So they've always hated the NRA, they've always demonized them, I don't know anything about their finances but the timing of this stinks to high heaven to me and reeks of a political agenda because they've been such a powerful force, not only in terms of protecting our second amendment rights but also they've, like so many liberal groups, also have political advocacy which is their right to do so.
