Michael Savage says it is “worrisome” that Donald Trump “doesn't think about the ramifications” of what he does: “Some of these moves are disastrous. It's too erratic.”

Savage: “Trump is spending like there's no budget whatsoever. ... The economy is not as solid as the White House would have you believe. ... The dollar's falling, gold is rising. It's very worrisome right now.”

MICHAEL SAVAGE (HOST): No, I'm not a happy — so, I got slammed on — at a Savage Nation because I had to dare say something about the imperious nature of these — imperial nature of the grotesque plans for the new ballroom. You're going to dance in the ballroom.

I love the morons in the MAGA movement. Well, we need a bigger ballroom, so we don't know — what do you mean? You need a ballroom? You're going to go there? You're going to be invited there with your dirty dungarees to sit in the ballroom? It's not for you. Who is it for? What the hell do we need it for? What — are we living in ancient Rome? I don't like this.

Trump is spending like there's no budget whatsoever. Trump is printing money, doing anything he wants and just print, print, print, print, print. So now you say, what does it have to do with me, the average person? Dummy, this is why markets are being roiled. This is why gold is going up.

Because the economy is not as solid as the White House would have you believe, and I wish it were, I do.

I don't see this as a conservative movement at all anymore. It seems to be that nation-building is not conservative. It seems to me grotesque spending is not a conservative value. It seems to me raping the Earth is not a conservative value. There's a lot of things that are not really conservative. Also — look that — because Susie Wiles made the decision? So now it's conservative because they tell us it is? No. The dollar's falling, gold is rising. It's very worrisome right now. Very, very worrisome indeed. And it's not risen like this. $5,300 an ounce. It's like — gold is like this. Why? Because of what's going on in the economy.

And then the tariffs. Another thing that — you know, tariffs good. That's all you say because he said it's good — tariffs good. You know, wouldn't you like to have a government that debates an issue saying should we increase tariffs on India and discuss the possible ramifications of such a move on a partner of a billion people? That's been our ally for so long, a great nation called India. Instead, Trump says tariff you. I don't like you Modi. Tariff, tariff, tariff and you too, tariff. Tariff on you, tariff on you, tariff on you, tariff on you. What happens? What do you think? Modi's an idiot because he's brown skinned and wears like a different outfit? Because he doesn't have a blue suit on? He said, no, you don't like me, OK? He's a Hindu. He went to his gods, he talked and he came back and he said, all right, you don't like us anymore. We'll join up with the EU. Thank you. Bye bye.

Not everyone caves into Donald Trump's threats. And frankly, it's worrisome to have a man who doesn't think about the ramifications, he only wants everyone to bend to his will. And some of these moves are disastrous. It's too erratic. And the erratic motions are upsetting the American people. And I will tell you right now that the American people don't like instability. They like a stable government. And come the midterms, I believe we're going to get slaughtered.
