MARK LEVIN (HOST): Joe Biden's an old man. I don't just mean by age, he's an old man. Donald Trump is not an old man. Even though he's two or three years younger than Biden, he's not an old man. He doesn't act like an old man. He doesn't talk like an old man. He's not shuffling around, bumping into walls and all the rest. Biden is an old man. He looks much older than 80 years old. He acts much older. He's got some early-stage dementia. There's simply no question about it. Trump does not.
