Judicial Watch's Chris Farrell calls Mueller's investigation “Stalinist”

From the December 21 edition of Fox Business' Lou Dobbs Tonight:

GREGG JARRETT (GUEST HOST): Does Mueller have only himself to blame for the lack of faith and confidence that Americans have in the investigation, because he selected an entire panel of partisans?

CHRIS FARRELL (JUDICIAL WATCH DIRECTOR OF INVESTIGATIONS): You are exactly correct, and he also is completely unable to articulate what the criminal predicate is for his investigation. No one can tell you what crime has been committed, and instead they're investigating people, looking for a crime, which frankly is Stalinist.

JARRETT: Yeah.

FARRELL: That's not the way we operate in this country.

JARRETT: Show me the man, I'll show you the crime, or I'll find you the crime.

FARRELL: Exactly.
