Laura Ingraham pushes migrant caravan conspiracy theory: There will be “a violent response at the border just for the video footage”

Ingraham: “I think there are many on the left who think that type of response by U.S. officials is exactly what they need to guarantee passage of every single last migrant into the United States”

From the October 23 edition of Courtside Entertainment Group's The Laura Ingraham Show:

LAURA INGRAHAM (HOST): When we come back, I will talk about what some are believing is a brazen attempt to create a violent -- well, I think a violent response at the border just for the video footage of what it would -- what it would say to the world, and you know what I'm talking about. It takes one person in a group of thousands and thousands to shoot at a U.S. Border Patrol official, or shoot at a -- some type of border personnel at the White House, or maybe it's the National Guard. It takes one person in a group to cause a real problem. I think there are many on the left who think that type of response by U.S. officials is exactly what they need to guarantee passage of every single last migrant into the United States. Because then it would be like separating families, it would be the same dynamic, “look at what you did, you responded, you should have not responded, you shouldn't have used violence, you shouldn't have --” and so, the only response is, let them all in. Everybody has to come in en masse, we'll process you later.

You start thinking about this and how this was organized, and, again, if there were reporters actually worth anything out there that were interested in actually advancing an investigative narrative, instead of just doing sob stories embedded with the migrants, you'd actually find out more about this. I'm doing what I can to find out about this. Short of going down there, it's kind of hard to do, but I'm working on it. Believe me.
