JEANINE PIRRO (HOST): Alright, let's go to Steve in Brooklyn. Welcome to friends of the court hotline.

CALLER: How are you, Judge Jeanine?

PIRRO: Good, thanks.

CALLER: There's something that's been said in the last week and a half that I can't wrap my head around.

PIRRO: Yeah.

CALLER: Rep. Gohmert of California said that either the CIA or the military has seized the machines, these Scytl machines --

PIRRO: Right.

CALLER: -- the voting machines. And Sidney Powell in a press conference with Mayor Giuliani said that she's not sure if it's the good guys or the bad guys who have it.

PIRRO: Right.

CALLER: I don't understand is can't the president, ask AG Barr to speak to Christopher Wray and find out who exactly has these machines and get on it right away? Or a Senate subcommittee calling the director of the CIA and the -- and the heads of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to find out where -- who has these machines.

PIRRO: Steve, I love you. I love you, Steve. I do. But here's the problem. Every time the president asked someone to do something, it ends up in the newspaper and they say the president is, you know, illegally requesting that people on his staff do things they shouldn't do.

Christopher Wray, I don't have any faith in that guy. I didn't like the guy from the first time he testified at a hearing, saying, yeah, he'd tried to get the records that the Congressional Oversight Committee had a right to -- had a right to demand. He said he tried to get it to them. He still hasn't gotten it to them. So, you know, that swamp is deep, deep, deep.

And Gohmert, by the way, is from Texas.

But, yeah, those machines were seized. We don't know who took the machines.

It's like Lin Wood was on my show, my Justice show on Fox. And he said that as we were speaking, they were carting out from behind the, I believe, the voting area, all kinds of boxes. And they were shredding. I mean, it is amazing what is going on in this country.

And I think that if the president has a plan, I'm sure he's all over it and that they're you know, he's going to survive based upon his sheer willingness, his perseverance, his determination. He is fighting. This president is not giving up, and neither are we. But your question is, is the $64,000 dollar question. You know, when I was DA and I wanted something, I got a search warrant and I went and got it. I sent my guys and they got it. They didn't dare come back without it.

In reality, no servers were seized, and contrary to the claims of Gohmert, Scytl does not even have an office in Germany, nor does it actually tabulate any votes.

As The Associated Press has reported:

Both the Army and Scytl told The Associated Press the claim is not true. Furthermore, Scytl does not have offices or servers in Frankfurt, Germany.

...

When asked by The Associated Press if the Army had engaged in an operation to recover servers in Germany, an Army spokesperson responded Saturday, “Those allegations are false.”

Scytl also refuted the claim. As the false conspiracy spread online, the company released a statement Friday titled, “Fact Checking Regarding US Elections: Debunking Fake News.”

In the statement Scytl said: “We do not have servers or offices in Frankfurt” and “The US army has not seized anything from Scytl in Barcelona, Frankfurt or anywhere else.” It also says Scytl does not “tabulate, tally or count votes in the US.”
