MARC THIESSEN (WASHINGTON POST COLUMNIST AND FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR): The president has condemned the violence. And why are these vigilantes that Mo mentions happening? It's because they're filling a vacuum because the local Democratic officials are not doing their jobs, which is to -- which is to stop this violence from happening. And so, people are taking -- people in their communities are stepping up and doing things they shouldn't be doing which is getting involved in law enforcement job, but they are doing it because there's -- they're literally -- local officials have abdicated their responsibility. And then the left tries to blame Donald Trump for this, which is the new tactic. They want to go on the offense after, because they realize this is a negative for them.

JOHN ROBERTS (GUEST ANCHOR): Right, right, right, right.

THIESSEN: But first of all, why, you know -- Donald Trump has been offering from day one to send in -- to send in the National Guard to federal officials and they're rejecting those offers.
