Here's who advertised on Fox last night while the network ignored and mocked the bombshell January 6 hearing

The House Select Committee to investigate the January 6 attack on the Capitol held its final hearing of the summer yesterday, focusing on choices Donald Trump made between concluding his speech on the ellipse at the “Save America” rally and when he finally told the mob to go home in a video posted on Twitter, 187 minutes later.

The July 21 hearing featured several explosive new pieces of information about Trump’s “complete dereliction” of his duty as president of the United States, resisting his entire inner circle’s efforts advice to him that he tell the insurrectionists to stop and go home -- instead, he spent much of his time stewing in the White House dining room, watching Fox News and making calls to GOP senators and Rudy Giuliani telling them to delay the counting of the electoral vote.

Fox News did not carry Thursday’s hearing. Instead, the right-wing network ran its regular prime-time programming, as it did during the first prime-time hearing the committee put on in June.

During the hearing, Fox hosts decried women making their own health care choices, undocumented immigrants, a canceled Dave Chappelle show, and the committee that they refused to cover. They also played a Hillary Clinton interview from 2018 and sold some t-shirts.

Between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET, MyPillow -- the pillow company run by coup plotter Mike Lindell -- ran 6 advertisements for its products on Fox. Here’s some of the other companies that decided to advertise on Fox News prime time while it refused to air the January 6 hearing.
