JOHN ROBERTS (HOST): Speaking of revelations, apparently there's a criminal referral, California Congressman Eric Swalwell to the DOJ for alleged mortgage and tax fraud for his $1.2 million D.C. home that he claimed as his primary residence. Seems to be an epidemic of that.

HOWARD KURTZ (FOX HOST): Those referrals come from the head of the Housing Agency named Bill Pulte, who also has made similar mortgage fraud referrals having to do with Letitia James in New York, Lisa Cook at the Fed, and others. So maybe they're all guilty, maybe there's an epidemic of this going on. But at the same time, you wonder whether it's part of the retribution campaign since it's all Democrats being referred.
