Fox News predicted "a weekend of rage” from pro-choice demonstrators, but instead there was anti-abortion violence and intimidation

Following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade after 50 years of precedent, Fox News personalities spread baseless warnings that pro-choice, left-wing abortion rights activists would create “a weekend of rage” in retaliation to the court’s decision. In reality, violence and intimidation tactics were seen across the country from anti-abortion individuals and groups.

Anti-abortion protesters descended on pro-choice demonstrations and abortion clinics across the United States, with some driving into pro-choice protestors with their cars and trying to intimidate abortion clinic supporters, advocates, and journalists. Police officers and state troopers also beat and threw to the ground individuals and journalists at pro-choice protests.
