AINSLEY EARHARDT (CO-HOST): I was watching all the Sunday shows yesterday and they were -- all these anchors were hounding our Border Patrol agents, because they were saying, "why didn't they arrest the guys who were hiring all of these people at that processing plant?" And they said, "we will, we're investigating, we're trying to determine if they did anything wrong, if they knew," and that kind of thing. So --

PETE HEGSETH (GUEST CO-HOST): Well there's a difference process if you're here legally and you're a citizen versus if you're here illegally. I mean, that's the reason for this. This was apparently -- been planned for over a year, 14 federal warrants issued by a judge, as of now I believe 271 folks have been deported as a result of this. And the left will always call them "raids." They [ICE] say, "Hey, these are just worksite enforcement." If you're knowingly hiring illegals, paying them and exploiting them as a result, which means you're lowering wages, you're using a -- you're illegally gaming the system to make a bigger profit, and US citizens aren't getting access to those jobs, that's a crime. That's what you're enforcing. That's not terror.

EARHARDT: Well I wanted to scream when I was watching these shows, because I wanted to say, "well, you know, these individuals, yes it's heartbreaking when they interview their kids and their kids are crying. That is sad. But if their parents broke the law, and they're here illegally, we're just supposed to turn a blind eye to that? You're not supposed to go and arrest them?"

HEGSETH: What about the child who's crying because their parents are addicted to meth, and they've been arrested and they've been separated from their children? This happens when illegality happens, and the left traffics in emotion to try to make you feel bad. And what these ICE officers do is they follow the law. You don't like the law, change the law. That's the way it is right now.
