BOLLING: Really? That's -- that really is interesting. I would eliminate the Department of Education, I think.

PERINO: The Government Accountability Office, they drive me crazy.
GUTFELD: What do they do, anyway?
PERINO: They do lists -- they just reports, and lots of reports about the government.
