Fox's Eric Bolling: “A Lot Of Schools Across The Country Have Waged A War On Christmas”

From the December 14 edition of Fox News' The Five:

ERIC BOLLING (CO-HOST): A lot of schools across the country have waged a war on Christmas, but one principle in New York City has taken the PC crusade up a notch, Eujin Jaela Kim at PS169 in Brooklyn, has banned parents and teachers from explicitly mentioning Christmas or Santa Claus at school functions, and Thanksgiving, She refers to that holiday, and she wants that to be referred to, I'm sorry, as a harvest festival. The Pledge of Allegiance, that's banned, too. The school's PTA president was on Fox & Friends this morning, sharing the outrage among parents.

[...]

Now K.G., you're fired up on this one.

KIMBERLY GUILFOYLE (CO-HOST): Yeah, well I mean look, this is terrible. Like, why do you have to ruin everything for children? It's so mean. What is the the problem with Santa and Christmas? Everyone can celebrate their holidays, it's wonderful. But now she's against Thanksgiving, thank you Greg, I mean it's unbelievable. And this is public school, what is she doing? Why is she still there?

BOLLING: Yeah, she painted over murals, she's changing the school completely right now.

GREG GUTFELD: She is my hero.

BOLLING: You like this?

GREG GUTFELD (CO-HOST): If you outlaw Christmas and only outlaws will have Christmas, is that how it goes? I don't know, anyway this solves the assimilation problem. When people come to America, there is nothing to assimilate to, because we're getting rid of all our traditions and values. We have solved the big question. I wish they devoted this kind of effort and mentality to the curriculum, or to getting better teachers or helping students instead of focusing on this. The irony of this whole thing is, is that we are so careful in this country not to offend a set of ideas called Islam. We can't offend, we don't want to have any backlashes, but Islam is a set of ideas. But you can target just about anything else, because they're not protected by the burqa of tolerance. So you can go after anything you want, people.
