BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): Here is what [former Secretary of State John] Kerry's spokesperson had to say, if we could pop that up too. “He believes it is important that the nuclear agreement, which took the world years to negotiate, remain effective as countries focus on stability in the region.” And we also know a couple of months ago, he was telling others Trump's only going to be in power a couple of years.

BUCK SEXTON (FORMER CIA OFFICER): Look, this is something that we expect from the Taliban, to have a shadow government in place, not from our own former secretary of state. This is really beyond the pale, and to have meetings like this -- this is not casual, this is not someone who's just talking with his former counterparts --

KILMEADE: Got you, Buck.

SEXTON: He's negotiating from the other side of the table.
