STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): So they were dug in on one thing, and that is this president is not a good guy because he's a racist, they say.

...

AINSLEY EARHARDT (CO-HOST): The president is saying, look, I'm not a racist, I just want our country to stay safe. I want to know who's coming into our country. He says, look at the unemployment numbers for African Americans. He was in Baltimore talking about that very topic.

...

DOOCY: That was the president last night speaking in front of Republicans in Baltimore during the debate while it was going on. In fact, I think when Kamala Harris said, "OK, Mr. President, go back to watching Fox News," I think at that moment he was actually speaking to the Republicans. So he couldn't watch Fox News.

BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): I think it's great. Because I think the president, if he had free time, was watching this, he'd be tweeting up a storm. And I think it was great to leave --

DOOCY: And he hasn't tweeted anything.

KILMEADE: Right. And I think it's great because he's busy trying to rally the troops in Baltimore. And I thought it was -- I guess he was cheered on the inside, somewhat jeered when he walked into the building. There was some protesters out there because of the comments he made about Baltimore, which turned out to be almost 100% accurate.
