STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): Is Donald Trump a racist?

DAVID WEBB: No, he's not a racist. I mean, that's clear by -- well, let's -- what do you have to be to be a racist? You have to be Al Sharpton, you have to be someone who clearly is a racist --

DOOCY: David Duke.

WEBB: With actions to back it, David Duke. But you get to Donald Trump, yeah his persona is bombastic. He's bigger than life when he's out there. But, nothing that he's said -- border security's not racist.

DOOCY: It's not.

WEBB: You know, saying something about Muslims, they're not an ethnicity, they're a religious group, a religion. That can't be racist unless you're specific about it.
